ARTICLE 1 : SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website www.care-and-you.com

 

ARTICLE 2 : ORDERS
The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Care and You confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the e-mail address he will have communicated. The sale will be concluded as from the validation by Care and You of the payment of the order, that is to say the date of validation of the payment for the orders settled on line by bank card. Care and You reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. Once the order is placed, it is immediately processed by our services and therefore impossible to cancel.

 

ARTICLE 3 : AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time of the consultation of the site by the customer remains dependent on the state of the stock at Care and You and of course at the suppliers.

To realize our showcase and our sales catalog, we work with databases, enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains more than a hundred of articles, the totality is not stored in our reserves and our offer is then conditioned to the availability of the articles at the suppliers.

Only the definitive rupture of an article at our suppliers involves the suppression of this one of our offer of sale. In the other cases, a new order under a certain time remains possible.

When there is an unavailability on a product ordered, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products sent in the case of an order of several articles.

Deadline for delivery of the order: when placing the order and on the order acknowledgement, a delivery deadline is communicated to customers. It is calculated by adding the availability time of the longest product to the delivery time of the mode of transport selected by the customer.
From the placing of the order, to the shipment of the latter, the customer has the possibility to cancel his order.

Special features:

Pre-order articles: articles to be published are offered on the site www.care-and-you.com as pre-orders. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time of the opening of the reservation phase. This release date can be changed at any time by the publisher who is only responsible for the marketing of his product.

In all cases, Care and You will endeavour, as soon as the final release date is reached, to dispatch the articles to the customers who have reserved, up to the level of the stock provided by the publisher for the release date.

 

ARTICLE 4 : PRICES

The prices indicated in pounds are considered net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products. They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time of the recording of the order. All orders are invoiced in pounds and payable in pounds. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

ARTICLE 5 : SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation, packaging and postage costs. Think of grouping all your items on a single order. We will not be able to group two distinct orders and the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

 

ARTICLE 6 : PAYMENT
You have several means of payment offering a maximum of guarantees of safety. You can pay :

- By bank or private card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) either directly on the site, in the payment form proposed during the ordering process (secure entry by SSL encryption), by informing the type of card, the number of your card without any space between the digits, the control number (located on the back of your card) as well as the validity date.

- By Paypal payment

You have different payment methods and you can even benefit from payment facilities by credit card.

The payment is made on the secure bank servers of our partners. This implies that no banking information concerning you transits via the site www.care-and-you.com

The payment by credit card is perfectly secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

 

ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY
We deliver at home or in a relay point. The delivery time includes the time of preparation of the package plus the time of routing. Care and You delivers all over the world. The buyer is informed by email of the different steps of the order follow-up: the preparation and the delivery.


The delivery time includes the preparation time and the delivery by our carrier. The delivery time announced from 2 to 5 working days is valid as of the reception by the purchaser of the email of the delivery of the order. The delivery time of (announced by the carrier) does not commit Care and You on a longer period.

 

ARTICLE 8 : GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RETRACTION
The articles supplied by the site www.care-and-you.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from the whole of the publishers and suppliers referred.

If an article is defective or not in conformity, the buyer has 30 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a repair. If the thirty (30) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

The customer must return the new, unconsumed articles in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to service@care-and-you.com (description and photos attached).

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Care and You is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except for the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale, "On Sale", or discounted with a discount code are not refundable.

Any personalized item will not be refundable either.

Please note that each ring is unique and may contain a 20% margin of error on size and weight due to their handcrafted production. This will not constitute a valid reason for return.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In case of refund, we guarantee that it is made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.

 

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser, will be realized only after complete payment of the price by the latter, and this whatever the date of delivery of the aforementioned products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will be carried out only after delivery and reception of the said products by the purchaser. 

 

ARTICLE 10 : PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Care and You is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases making up this site. By accessing this site, the customer recognizes that the data composing it are legally protected, and is forbidden to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or keep, directly or indirectly, on any type of support, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the contents of the databases appearing on the site he accesses.

 

ARTICLE 11 : RESPONSIBILITY
The descriptions of the products present in the databases of www.care-and-you.com were seized according to the information communicated by the editors. Care and You is not responsible for the content of the works and will not be responsible for the buyer. Care and You cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure (strike, flood, fire...).

The proposed products meet the English law in force. Care and You declines any responsibility if the delivered article does not respect the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or an author...). Care and you is not responsible for the content of the sites on which hypertext links can refer from its own site.

 

ARTICLE 12 : APPLICABLE LAW
All the clauses appearing in the present general conditions of sale, as well as all the operations of purchase and sale which are aimed there, will be subjected to the English law.

 

ARTICLE 13 : ACCEPTANCE OF THE PURCHASER
The present general conditions of sale as well as the price lists are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and recognizes to have a perfect knowledge of them, and gives up, of this fact, to prevail itself of any contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.

The present conditions can be modified at any time without prior notice by Care and You. The general conditions of sale were updated on August 21, 2021.
